Despite the on going Covid 19 issues and the office being closed to the public Caroline did an excellent job. Communication via e -mail was timely, detailed and clear. Carolone was also prompt at responding to queries and answered questions. Overall an excellent service drafting my will and I can now die knowing my wishes will be carried out.
