Booked for my daughter's prom and cannot rate Alex, their driver, more highly. He was helpful, patient, polite from the outset and supportive when the girls were nervously waiting to get out of the car at the venue. He ensured i was relaxed about them travelling alone in the car with him and provided a tag so i could monitor where they were. Wouldn't hesitate to use their service again and highly recommend them if you are looking for a chauffeur for Prom or other events.

I have used Ian, Dan and the team several times over a couple of months; both for business travel and also personal trips. They are always extremely responsive, pragmatic, efficient and easy to work with. Their fees are very reasonable and they always go the extra mile to ensure you have a good trip. Amazing experience with Plus Chauffers. Our driver Dan was so friendly, smartly dressed and very prompt. Kept us updated on the journey throughout. Our car was their brand new Mercedes Senzati Jet Class X and was pure luxury! Reclining seats, a TV with netflix, a fridge stocked with Water and mood lighting, it really did have it all! Great service,from initial booking to drop off! I can't fault this company!I needed a vehicle for a couple of customers going a few hundred miles at short notice. Ian sorted everything out very quickly.The vehicle,communication and service were all top notch!I then hired the Senzati for a trip to Wembley for my partner, sister and her friend and they absolutely loved it. The 1st class vehicle was matched equally by the service! Dan was informative,prompt and professional. Great to see a local company doing such a great job!

We booked Dan for an all day tour, and he was exceptional. Profesional, organized, reliable and ready with recommendations when needed.
