I can whole heartedly recommend Markwells for the quality of its products but also for the very high standard of customer service.The installation of my patio doors required a fair bit of additional preparation - some of which only became apparent as the job progressed. The installers came back twice before they were happy with the finished work on the surround to the doors. Once the floor was completed - quite some time later - they came back to add a final piece of trim.I don't think you need have second thoughts about which company to choose if you are including Markwells in your list!Sue Humphries.

Markwell has been great from start to finish.The fitters were very friendly and worked extremely hard even though the weather was so very hot.They done a wonderful job and left our house clean and tidy each day.Highly recommend Markwell. This is the second time we have used them and will again if any more work needs doing.Thanks

Amazing service, Alex was incredible nothing was to much trouble, he help us choose our doors and glass, can't praise them enough.The door fitter was also very helpful and professional, he made sure we were pleased wirh everything before he left, he also clean up and cleaned all of the doors and glass.The after service was excellent to because I am not very strong so they adjusted the back door to make it easier for me to ope and unlock.They are a family firm and they have a very good reputation.Very fair price compared to other companies, highly recommend.l

I had a shattered lounge double glazing unit, Markwells Glass agreed to deal with this arrived promptly to measure the job and delivered and fitted a new unit much sooner than expected. Very Satisfied with the service and thoroughly recommend this company.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They said they couldn’t do my project based off photos, and I was trying to come up with alternative solutions. It was a “no” before even listening to my high budget or other ideas I had. She said, “You would have to do this before we install.” I replied saying I can do that!!! She said it’s still a no. HORRIBLE. It was as if they don’t want any business!! Or even try to make something work! All I wanted was someone to come out and take a look as ANY GOOD BUSINESS would have done.

Although Markwell's did not do the installation of my Conservatory on a call out due to heavy rain causing a leak and the warranty had expired they reacted in haste (3 days). The team who came as agreed were extremely professional explaining everything, leaving having solved the problem. Great to have a local company one can rely on. Thank you.
