I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism and expertise shown by Jack Skinner at Aston Martin Chichester. Me and my wife came in to test drive a new Vantage Roadster and Jack was dealing with me from start to finish. He was always keeping me in the loop as I was busy for about a month from the initial booking to the actual test drive day and he took my details beforehand so all it took was a quick signature and quick tour of the car before I was on my way. I would highly recommend Aston Martin Chichester and I will be using them for all things Aston Martin in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of buying a new car from Chichester Aston Martin. All staff were pleasant and welcoming. My main interaction was with Richard Hutton, he was really helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He went above and beyond to answer any questions or queries I had, including contacting the ceramic coating firm for some further information. The car was prepped to an immaculate finish prior to my arrival for collection. And the cherry on the cake was that Richard took time out of his day to travel 35 miles to pick me up in an incredible Aston Martin DBS, which was amazing !!. And upon completing all the relevant paperwork I was presented with a lovely engraved wooden wine box, including a lovely bottle of local wine, a lovely finishing touch. I hope in the future I will be in a position to return there, as I would without hesitation. Each time I communicated with and when I visited Chichester Aston Martin I was treated courteously and promptly by very friendly people; nothing snooty about them.On the allotted day I arrived on time to collect this wonderful AM Vantage and the staff were ready for my arrival (doesn't happen everywhere). I was shown around the car and given every assurance that the Team would be very happy to answer any questions once I'd left the dealership if I should need them.As for the car itself? Intoxicating, involving and surprisingly easy to drive. Terms like, 'Body Roll, understeer and oversteer just don't apply to it. Ben Rowlatt was excellent from start to finish. I was honest when I visited the showroom and said the car was well over my budget and probably wasn't going to buy it. Ben wasn't phased and said just to try it and see what I thought. The test drive was amazing and I knew this was the car I wanted if we could make the numbers work.Ben's approach was very calm and non-pressured. Every question I had he was able to give me a really detailed and relevant answer. His knowledge of the car and the brand was extremely good. He spent a fair bit of time with me, back and forward with the finance team trying piece together a workable solution. Despite still being over my budget, I was sold on the car, Ben and the whole experience and went ahead with the purchase.In the days since, Ben has been in touch to see how it's going and also helped me set up the tracker. He even offered to drop the weather cover off at my house to save me the trip. The 5-years free servicing and extensive aftercare solutions has left me feeling like I have made a sound purchase for my enjoyment.One very happy customer and would totally recommend Ben and Aston Martin.
