Hired a wheelchair for a relative visiting from USA. Found Carl via Google and sent an enquiry. He got back to me straight away. Once I’d ascertained exactly what kind of wheelchair was needed, I booked over the phone, couldn’t have been easier. Picked it up on the day agreed and Carl gave full usage instructions. It was fairly light, easy to transport and perfect for our relative’s needs. She was very grateful. Returned on agreed day and got my deposit back immediately. Carl was friendly and communicative. The chair was delivered and collected at the agreed times and he took the time to show us how to use it. Payment was easy with PayPal and the deposit was issued in a timely manner. It was a great experience overall.
