Booking was easy and the service was excellent. We needed a drop off and pick up from Gatwick airport. The drivers arrived on time on both occasions and the vehicles were clean and spacious. The drivers were polite, friendly and courteous. For the pick up the driver rang to let me know where he was in the terminal and was waiting on our arrival. I was very impressed with their professionalism and would definitely recommend their services. I will certainly use them again.

Used for drop off and collection from Gatwick airport. Perfect service - booking was easy, no issues with collection at early hours with driver arriving promptly, car was in good condition, driver met me at arrivals. I fell asleep on the drop off and forgot my phone in the back of the car. Driver was an absolute gem and returned it to me as soon as I contacted him. Would definitely use Velocity again.

I and my family have used this service for some time now. The drivers are lovely, friendly and reliable. The drivers are very helpful too. My daughter who uses the service with her baby has always received help with carrying the baby’s car seat, and I received help with heavy bags whilst traveling to and from the airport. Very professional service. We were nervous about getting a taxi to and from the airport as have never done it before but had nothing to worry about. Communication was excellent and they were exactly on time picking us up at 3:30 in the morning and were waiting for us in arrivals at Gatwick. Highly recommended and will use again.

We’ve used Velocity many times, they are great. Very easy to book, nice and gentle drivers and reasonable prices. One day we arrived 1am in the airport after a long delay in our flight and the driver picked us up with no problems or delays. We recommend them!
