Charlotte Tilbury

Would like to take a moment and praise an amazing Sales lady that I have ever met, Holly who works at Charlotte Tilbury - John Lewis Liverpool One, Liverpool. I never knew anything about this brand until I was served by a wonderful, professional, understanding and caring member of staff there. Holly was patient, definitely understood my needs and wants. Helped me to understand about the products and how to use them. I highly recommend Holly and a visit to Charlotte Tilbury at Liverpool One. She is the best and shown to be an excellent example for others to follow. Thank you Holly and I wish you all the very best in all your endevours.

I had the most wonderful appointment with Hannah for my 50th Birthday visit. I am not a big makeup person but she took the time to talk me through the looks and what would be best for me for the day ahead. I looked amazing and it lasted all day from 12pm. I will 100% be booking again on my next visit. My visit was in the John Lewis branch.

Quality makeup but the store was more interested in makeovers than sales

Firstly, I should start this review by saying this is for the store in Paradise St, NOT John Lewis however I am unable to leave a review for this store directly. I visited on 02/12 with my son who is in a wheelchair.When I managed to get through the door, there was very little room for manoeuvre and it was impossible to move around the store.Whilst I was trying to look at something, people actually moved my son out of the way!!!!Trying to get the attention of any member of staff was more difficult than trying to get an audience with the Pope.Needless to say, I then struggled to get out of the shop and left without a purchase.I won't be going back even without my son and his wheelchair.I did then go over to John Lewis where I was dealt with both quickly and professionally.

I went in this morning but staff literally ignored me. Possibly because I am 50 and don’t fit their target market. Whenever I have been shopping with my 20 year old daughter they have been very helpful. There were at least 5 staff chatting near the tills. I left disappointed. I have bought several products from this store before but today I feel incredibly let down. Please remember that older people enjoy your products too and should be treated the same as 20 year olds.

Had a really bad reaction to the eye or face magic cream I look burnt

Popped into shop for a present foe my daughter didn't have a clue what I was looking for, lovely lady called Molly came over and gave me some great advice and help on what she think would be best to by, Thank-you will shop again, lovely friendly staff

Bought an advent calendar for approx £150. When it arrived the box was wet. It dried out but was crinkled. The products weren’t affected but I’ve paid a lot of money for a damaged calendar. When I give it to my daughter she’s going to think it’s been used. The only resolution they offered was to return it for a 28 day refund or to credit my account with £5. Not what I would expect from a so called premium beauty brand.

I am just a average mum and felt a bit out of place on entering this store but I was greeted by Charlie. She was really friendly and helpful.She helped me pick out a perfect shade of foundation and advised me on other products.She also took off all my makeup advising me on skin care and showed me how to use the products I was interested in.Overall this was a great little pamper.Charlie was lovely and definitely deserved to be recognised for her wor.
