I went to see Andrew with very painful sciatica type problems. Four months, quite a few visits, lots of exercises and some acupuncture and I am completely pain free. Andrew was extremely good, always courteous and professional and gave me the means and the encouragement to overcome the problem. After having a hip replacement I was lacking in strength on my new hip side and I was not making any progress with standard physiotherapy. After four sessions with Andrew I made good progress and have now regained to my normal strength.I highly recommended Andrew he is a excellent physiotherapist.

After sustaining a lower back injury I contacted Vurb for treatment after a recommendation I received. Andrew was welcoming and I felt at ease with his introduction and manner. I received a combination of acupuncture, massage, posture alignment, and Physio exercises. After2/3 weeks the pain and discomfort reduced a lot and with further treatment and extercises I recovered fully. Just want to say thanks loads for all the help with my recovery.

Andrew helped my teenage daughter through a knee injury / condition. The consultations and prescribed exercises have been excellent both short term and long term. As a very active person this has proved vital in her recovery and also sustained wellbeing. Andrew's first hand sports experiences mean he really understands the needs of someone so active. Andrew had previously helped to treat my wife's arthiritis so when my long term shoulder complaint flared up I paid him visit. I was new to sports massage so didn’t know what to expect. Andrew at Vurb Physio was really conscious of this so he explained everything that was going to happen and tailored his session to my needs. He was great in everything he did and I felt that he worked the right muscles at all times. In the days following the first session I experienced exactly what he said I would and I have found that the treatment has helped my body so much. I felt so much better when I went back to practice my sport and will definitely use again on a regular basis after competitions. Andrew helped me rehab 2 MCL injuries and an ankle sprain which allowed me to get back to my sports rapidly. Andrew had excellent knowledge, was highly professional and designed a great rehab programme for me. Would highly recommend!

I have visited Andrew a number of times for general maintenance (sports massage) and rehabilitation (back and knee injury). On all occasions I have found Andrew very knowledgeable and, as a athlete himself, very understanding. My injuries were successfully treated and Andrew has provided me with an injury prevention programme to prevent any reoccurrence, which, I am pleased to say, is working very well.

I phoned up due to having a problem with my leg and I got an appointment in a couple of days, I've never used a physio before so was nervous and a bit apprehensive. Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable. We worked through a plan and gave me some exercises to work through and within a couple of days my leg was much better. I cannot recommend enough.
