IMO Car Wash

I paid for the top wash, but there was no hand wheel wash as advertised, they were not even given a spray with alloy wheel cleaner, and as a result the wheels are still very dirty, the wheels have not long been refurbished so they normally come up really shiny at other car washes The body work came out nice so it was not all bad.

We paid 40£ for interior and exteriorThe exterior looks fineBut the interior is disappointing, the windows aren t washed properly, it has marks on them and the interior of the car wasn t that cleans as I expected to beYou can barely see through them in the sunWe are so disappointed ☹️

I've always enjoyed coming here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They do a perfect job for a decent price. Doesn't take them long either. My usual go-to place.

I've used IMO car washes several times and have generally been happy with the result: It's not the same as hand cleaned but decent enough especially for how quick it is. Yesterday, we drove in with a dirty car and it came out even dirtier, see pictures. If the machine isn't working then they just shouldn't let it run. It stopped 3 times while we were in there and I guess that is related to the car looking worse than before.

Very dismissive people.I just wanted to ask a question if they can take the sticky tape of my windscreen and the people doing the interior of the cars were just ignoring me and were very dismissive when I tried to talk to them!Made me drive through the car wash even though I didn’t need it. The guy there scraped it off but missed a few spots anyway!Rubbish experience!!

I had exceptional service at IMO Carwash in Amersham today. I was struggling to understand the app and the guy was really helpful. I take my car there quite often The wash is good and they do a good job at scubbing the wheels beforehand, however the customer care is usually appalling. I understand many if them don't speak English, but that's not a reason to be grumpy with customers. SMILING is universal language. I was so impressed to be greeted with a smile today, that I felt I had to leave a review. Had it not been for my previous experiences, I would've given 5 stars.

I would say it's not a hand car wash. But the staff are good and the price is reasonable. Quick and efficient I would recommend

Damaged my car with the pressure washer. The employe (photo provided below)was holding it way too close way too long at one spot. As a result took a part of the paint of from bonnet. The owner confirmed that the damage wasnt there on my arrival, by looking at the cctv image. I have filled out the report form and he pointed the blame on the machine as that not his responsibility.The company (IMO) after several emails denied responsibility. After this I have visited the site again asking for the cctv recording the owner never saved those. He even responded to IMO request that the cctv wasnt working on that day. Obviously it was but that would have prooved that the damage was caused by his employe. He also was tryng to blame it on bird droppings I never leave those on my paint work as I'm avare the affects of it. They did not cover my cost of repair, they did not reimburse the wash I paid for, not even a apology!If you use this wash(I would recomend to avoid) take images of you vehicle prior the wash to cover your self.

I can’t believe people rating this car wash high!! They use hard water and leave your car with water marks! It might not noticeable on a light coloured car, but shows well on a black car. It takes around 5 min to show itself, which usually you have left and can’t be bothered. I got the most expensive choice, ceramic x.. I think and after 5 min it showed on my windscreen. I got back there to complain, the guy apologised and said he knows about this problem but they just work there. They don’t use a filtered / soft water to avoid stains. Other car washes they have people to dry your car to avoid this. Another car came after me complaining the same. Rather they dry every car, they just dry the ones who came back!

I had a great experience getting the interiors and the exterior cleaned. It was late evening and only one person was working. Despite that, he agreed to accept the car for interior cleaning. He worked on it while other cars went through the automated wash, and did an excellent job in the end!
