Very happy with the service provided by both the technician and Zara. Zara was always available (in working hours) to help with any initial questions, booking and also after the service when I had some further queries. She was very helpful and was the main reason I decided to go ahead and use this company, after looking up several others. The technician arrived on time, was very polite, carried out a great job and pointed out a few things too. I would happily use them again and recommend them to others. Really great company, made by the people they employ.

Recently used this company for a one off clean + carpets after having building work done. Zara phoned almost immediately to discuss and managed to find a cleaner and carpet cleaner to come within 2 working days. Both did a fantastic job, arriving promptly and very thorough and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent carpet cleaning service. They were very professional and clear about the fees. We booked them twice while living in our rented apartment and our landlord mentioned that the floors looked better than ever. Lovely family business, happy to recommend!

Very good service all around. People from the office called in advance to say they were running late even though it was only 20 minutes. The man who cleaned our sofa was very kind and professional and did a great job - it looks brand new. I definitely recommend!
