Good ambience with friendly and welcoming staff. Plenty of space for small groups. I particularly loved the crepes and sundaes. The flavoured hazelnut hot chocolate is a must-try!!

Our go to dessert shop. Have been a few times trying different desserts and it never misses.Most recently, my wife ordered a Lotus Biscoff Milk Cake which was delicious, not over sweet, just right.I also wanted to try a waffle but didn't want a full one, so was glad that there was an option for a half waffle. Tasted lovely.Have had cookie dough in the past and they're also really nice!

Nice place for desserts. Good variety to choose from and comfortable seating. Customer service was good but there's no free tap water available. The desserts we ate were delicious.

The desserts were excellent. However, service was quite slow, although the staff were sympathetic.The milk cake is highly recommended. Their gelato is equally excellent

An ok place , coffee is the best in Southall (but really it's the only place with a decent coffee machine) cake was a little hard for my liking. Else service was good and a decent place overall. I feel like this place is finding its feet a little, so please give it a go, they do try to do their best for their customers

Brilliant service, great food and extremely friendly staff. Was walking pass, shop looked great so thought we try it. Had no regreats! desserts were nice. Was a little misunderstanding on my milkshake. Told the staff and they made me a new one right away with happiness. Really recommend you guys try it.

Very nice and well decorated dessert shop. They have lots of seating areas, the menu has lots of varieties to choose from. Had OH FUDGE (CAKE), PHARAOH ROCHE CAKE with vanilla ice cream and half HEAVENLY FANTASY and half STRAWBERRY SENSATION waffles with ferrero rocher ice cream and mud pud ice cream. The location is excellent right middle of Southall. Highly recommend to everyone to try this place.

A great change for Broadway...this dessert shop is really nice. The ambiance was just right.Customer service really good. They guys do really go out their way to help.The desserts and the ice creams are delicious.Family friendly and a nice place just to relax with friends.
