Copper stone crystal

I visited Norman in his workshop in Luton today as I had a Waterford crystal bowl with a chip on the rim. Norman did the most wonderful job while I sat there and watched a maestro in action. He used various tools to skilfully grind down the rim and then polished it before returning to me as good as new. It was a long journey but worth it. Cannot recommend Normal highly enough.

Very glad that I found Norman on here. He helped us remove a massive chip on a crystal decanter that had been sitting unmended for years. Fantastic value for money, and thats not even including the experience of going, taking a seat in his workshop and listening to his fascinating explanation of crystal glass cutting and his history.
