I would highly recommend Rachel at The Wellness Rooms to anyone. The Wellness Rooms are clean & comfortable. Rachel is very professional & has helped me with neck & back pain that I have suffered with for several years. If I have any worries that the pain is starting again I book an appointment to see her. It’s comforting to know she’s there to help.

Super small studio downstairs. Lovely clean, well maintained and relaxing environment where I enjoy engaging in Ganesh yoga practice and visit the osteopath periodically to improve my hip movement. Would definitely recommend.

I have to praise the treatment I have received from Rachel Neal Osteopathy. Because of the nature of my work, (Foot Health Practitioner)working in peoples own homes I need to be un-creaked every now and again. I look to have regular treatments to keep my mobility and ability to work going, and seeing Rachel means that this is possible.I can highly recommend the Wellness Rooms not only for Osteopathy but also for Reflexology and Yoga.
