Great service from people who know how to treat customers and more importantly they know all about Mercedes cars. A caring professional family firm. Would trust them to work on my beloved Mercedes than the Newbury Mercedes dealership who continue to make mistakes time after time costing me unessesary bills. I would highly recommend Automerch. They are the best!!!

I took my ML AMG in there to have an MOT and a few issues. Gordon thoroughly investigated the cause of the issues, and also spotted some degraded parts, which was shown to me. These issues could have caused serious engine and gearbox damage. A very experienced Mercedes mechanic, who charges fair prices for extremely high quality work. They also gave me an S Class courtesy car! The 2 ladies in the office are polite, friendly and efficient. One of the best garages I have dealt with. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I will of course be back when I need to!

Gordon and Louise are always friendly and helpful, offer a (very nice) courtesy car if I need one and recognise that I can't fix my car all at once, so suggest the items that'll need to be addressed soon but not now". Quality of work is brilliant and they walk you through what they've done. Prices are far below dealer prices but I come here primarily for the brilliant service. Best garage I've ever been to

Top of the range service. They performed some very specific to Mercedes jobs, saving me a fortune comparing to Main Dealer. I particularly liked the going extra mile" bit

Had the EML pop up on my car, managed to get me seen next day. Ran diagnostics for a fraction of what they main dealer charge. Turned out to be a faulty NOX sensor and was advised that given I have full Mercedes service history I check with the main dealer if they would repair it for free for me despite being out of warranty given how common the fault was, which they did.Really appreciate the honesty, given my naivety of the fault and as I was out of warranty Automerc could have gone ahead and charged me to do the repair but their fantastic knowledge on Mercedes and known issues has just saved me £700.Will be using for all work going forward.

I have used Automerc for years and had three Mercedes all serviced /maintained by them. Their service is impeccable and frankly they know these cars like the back of their hands. No rip off charges and extremely good value for money. I recommend them to anyone I know with a Merc without hesitation. Infinitely better service and knowledge than you will find at a main dealer.

Automerc would come highly recommended by myself!The whole team were fully accommodating in fitting me in at no notice after my car failed its MOT (which could have potentially been avoided if main dealers had pro-actively maintained the car while it was with them), then allocating me a loan car (which was immaculate and like a new car!) as soon as one was available!I am delighted with all of the work completed on my car - she is running beautifully, and repairs made which main dealers have never been able to remedy for years despite asking on every visit! The car was also returned immaculate both inside and out - I feel everyone would have handled the car as if it were their own.Every interaction with anyone in the business was a pleasure, with everyone being friendly, polite and courteous - even anyone I met going in and out of the building!The only mistake I have made is not using AutoMerc sooner, having never previously taken a car out of the dealer network for 22 years - but with the service level and attitude of main dealers in the last few interactions, AutoMerc will now be maintaining my car!

The best Mercedes garage in Berkshire. I travel from Surrey to get my car looked after from AutoMerc. Better then main dealer.

Really nice people to deal with. 100% better than a main dealer IMHO and at half the cost. Have a 98 plate SL320 and C63.
