Avoid - the Wren designers will mess up your order, claim it was not their fault, you will get something different to what you ordered and your complaint will be dismissed.I requested having tall wall units. The designer included this in the quote and on that basis I paid a higher price for the order. I have written communication where the designer confirms that the wall units are tall. It turns out that the units were in fact standard and even the boiler cannot fit vertically inside. The contract signed states the vertical measurement of the units but does not label them as tall or standard. As a non-expert, I did not realise that the measurements did not correspond to tall units and did not think to google the measurements, especially because I had both written and verbal communication that I was getting tall units. When I called Wren Customer Care, they got in touch with the kitchen designer who did not own up to her mistake. They told me that it was my fault for not knowing the measurements in the contract corresponded to standard units as opposed to tall, even though they were not labeled. They did not acknowledge the written email evidence I had. They did not even allow me to speak to a manager when I asked to escalate.

Very pleased with overall experience.The guy at the showroom in Lincoln was very knowledgeable and helpful.Gave us lots of helpful tips.We had a private team to install the kitchen units.Furniture is well made and good quality.They sent a faulty shelf,but one was extra so all good.Had the best prices for the appliances we chose so that was a bonus. Will definitely buy from them again.

Wren fitted a new kitchen for me in March this year. The fitters were excellent and Wren worked quickly to iron out the small issues we experienced. The new kitchen is everything I wanted and I am delighted with the quality of the kitchen and the service we received. I would recommend Wren to anybody wanting a new kitchen.

We are absolutely thrilled with our Wren kitchen and only have positive things to say. We first went into the Lincoln Wren showroom in June 2021, where I must admit as 60-year-old women, I was like a kid in a sweetshop. The kitchens were fabulous, and I was thinking just with my heart at how lovely they were. When Andrew the salesperson sat down with us, together we designed our new kitchen using the wonderful three D computer (the first draft- he assured us there would be more, although at the time, we were confident the design he did was exactly what we wanted). The design incorporated two walls coming down and another going up, so we knew this was not going to be an easy job. We decided to go with our own fitters for the simple reason they were going to do all the building work too, so it made sense. We had booked the builders to come in March 22, which gave us a bit of time to add to our savings as we did not want to take our finance. As time went on, I dreamed of more units to add to our kitchen, and hence we went back for another consultation and added more. Again, I was thinking with my heart and wanted more of this and more of that. As time went on, I sat down with my provisional pack and my head started to take over and I began to look at exactly how much this was going to cost us. By this time Andrew had left and Jon had taken over. We arranged a consultation with Jon, whereby together we were able to change some of the units and appliances for cheaper (albeit just as good) ones. We kept the Neff ‘hide and slide’ ovens, but changed the hob and extractor fan to CDA, and the integral washing machine, dishwasher and fridge to cheaper models (I had researched these makes, and was happy that they were just as good as the top of the range appliances we had originally gone for). We also changed side panels that were going up against walls, to fixer posts, thereby saving money and we sourced our own handles and wet bar sink. We managed to reduce the cost of the kitchen quite substantially by allowing our heads to rule and not our hearts. Come March 2022, the builders started on the preparation work. Our new kitchen arrived as planned on 4th April. The delivery team unloaded it for us, and on first sight we could not see any damages. As we unpacked, there were a few doors that we damaged and a couple of items missing. I went straight onto the Wren app and arranged for new items to be delivered. There was absolutely no problems or cost to us by Wren and the items were delivered in a matter of days. Between Andrew, Jon and our wonderful team of builders, we have the most amazing kitchen. We are absolutely thrilled with it.

Sam from the min we met, gave us a good feeling. Profesional but not pushy. Great advice and gave us a clear understanding of every step from order, paying deposit, paid 4 weeks before delivery, delivery date was not what we had originally agreed, but some of this was down to the wife changing a few things and adding a gin fridge!. Delivery day arrived, on time, and all sorted and checked off. One item incorrect, a door that was for an intergrated item rather than a cupboard. Resolved and new one delivered with in 3 days. Wife is very happy.. on the whole cznnit fault them.. oh and a day before we got the dreaded message sorry to tell you your fridge freezer is not in stock... so we have upgraded you at no extra cost. Sorted

Despite living quite a way from Lincoln we chose Wren as it was probably the nearest major kitchen supplier to us. And,we certainly made the right choice. The very friendly lady on the front desk asked us if we had an appointment and when we said that we were just looking she offered us a drink and said that's fine and please ask if you need any assistance. What was nice was that we were left to browse and not pestered by pushy sales people. We decided on which kitchen we wanted and asked if someone could help us and within minutes we were taken to the sales area by an extremely polite and helpful salesman. It was amazing to sit in front of his computer and watch him plan our kitchen on screen. Everything was explained step by step and if we weren't sure on something we had chosen he took us back to the showroom to see it first hand. We chose for Wren to appoint an installer and remove all rubbish and again we weren't disappointed, in fact the installer was one of the best tradesman that has ever set foot in my property, an absolute perfectionist. Fast forward to the installation and it went without a hitch. I have to say that we really do now have our dream kitchen. All rubbish was removed by a separate company and I can't fault them either. From start to finish we were kept informed of everything by phone call, text message and email. We had one slightly damaged door and it was delivered in days. I really cannot praise Wren kitchens at Lincoln high enough and we are so glad that we chose them. A massive thank you to everyone involved in our kitchen.
