Excellent family run gym. Great atmosphere with highly skilled trainers that help you achieve your goals. I've personally lost a large amount of weight and gained so many friendships during my time training here it really is second to none in the area.

Instructors are very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. This place is a great gym and other students are also friendly and welcoming. Not only do you get all this, it's at a great, valuable price at £4 per hour session. They can do private lessons when available. I'll continue to train there and cannot recommend it enough.

Sean, Vicky and Steve are great trainers with a real passion for the sport. The gym has a friendly, accessible vibe. Just moved to the area having trained elsewhere, and they are by far the best I've found in town. Would recommend to beginners and the more advanced.

Brilliant family run gym! Great atmosphere and great knowledge from the instructors. With the option to pay per session I can fit it around my work shifts and I'm not left out of pocket. Can't recommend highly enough!
