Excellent service, materials always in stock.

Only one assistant on counter, waited 25 min'sWhile he served customer and picked two bags of fittings, I don't blame the assistant but the management for not managing the counter correctly by only putting one assistant on the counter when customers are waiting , maybe a bell system should be installed so assistant can indicate to other staff that customers waiting.

I was desperate to get hold of a converter to change some random plaice size pipe to 15 or 22mm pipe.I drive over 30 miles, tried every plumbing supplier and specialist I could find, until I was recommend Smith brothers.The guy I spoke to was so helpful, huntrd high and low to find me a connector and eventually saved the day.I'm so grateful for the help I received, and would recommend them based on my excellent service.Thank you to the guy who helped me (sorry I didn't get your name)
