I cannot recommend Susan at Health Works highly enough. I have been seeing Susan for around 7 years now and the difference her treatments have made to my life is amazing. I suffered a serious RTA nearly 20 years ago and have long-standing issues as a result of my injuries, thanks to Susan and her treatments I am no longer suffering and taking pain killers as I once was. Susan has also helped me with many other ailments and even helped me with processing my grief following the loss of my mum. Susan really takes her time to assess and understand any issue before beginning treatment and makes you feel totally relaxed and comfortable. A treatment with Susan never fails to make me feel better.

I have been receiving acupuncture now for a few months to treat persistent acid reflux that I have been receiving medication for 2 years to treat. Susan has worked miracles and the acupuncture has stopped all symptoms! I can’t recommend Susan enough, incredibly professional and knowledgeable, I will continue to visit her for acupuncture treatment into the future.

I visited Susan 9 years ago with an injured shoulder. The treatment she gave was amazing and really helped me to regain movement in my arm and the joint itself. When a similar problem occurred again a couple of months ago I didn't hesitate to give her a call. She is professional, caring and very knowledgeable, her priority being the calmness and wellbeing of her clients. I had acupuncture as part of my treatment and felt completely relaxed afterwards. I woke up with a really bad injury flare up and my usual physio is away on holiday. Susan had kindly taken me in and helped me reduce the pain. She is extremely professional and talked me through the whole process. Definitely recommend it to other!

I have been going to Susan for 13 years for a number of reasons. I primarily started to see her when my sciatic nerve was trapped but over the years she has helped me with overall back and shoulder pain, general fatigue and headaches. After reading all the reviews I agree with everyone. This was my first time having acupuncture and she made me feel so relaxed and reassured me throughout the whole process. Another thing what I thought was amazing was even though I went with 1 concern she focused on other areas as well that would improve me overall. I felt very relaxed through out would totally recommend.

I have been going to Susan for accupuncture. Susan is very kind, friendly and extremely understanding. She has helped me release emotions I did not realise we're there in such a strong force and been very sensitive about my needs and circumstances.
