Arantxa from Woodtrend has delivered excellent service throughout the process of ordering hardwood decking samples to the full order of around 27m2 Garapa Decking. Very pleased with the product, quality and efficiency that the company have provided. Based on the service and quality I can nothing but recommend this company for you hardwood decking needs. I am a DIY'er so no installation service has been used.

Not very happy with the service I received here, despite spending thousands of pounds on ipe decking with them. Delivery turned up with all the boards having fallen off the pallets in the back of the lorry, with many of them damaged and needing replacement. They also sent the wrong edge boards (different species of wood) twice. Their customer service can be rude and dismissive, even telling me that the fixing I wanted to use (for attaching to steel sub structure) doesn't exist only for me to have to point them in the direction of the world's biggest decking clip manufacturer that makes them. If you need ipe decking try elsewhere. Southgate Timber are good (Mark the owner was really helpful). Think they also supply Woodtrend with ipe at time.

Arantxa and team have always provided great customer service with a quick and on time delivery. Overall a great service and the hardwood cladding looks fantastic!
