We had 2 laptops broken that wouldn’t turn on and they stored all of my family’s childhood photos. We thought we would never see them again but thanks to Ash‘s work we were able to retrieve the photos and he even recommended me another laptop as we needed another one. He also did all of this for a really reasonable price and he is a very kind, friendly person in general.If you are in need of any laptop recommendations or help with software I highly recommend Ash. We had lost all of our photos of the kids and holidays on a an external hard drive which was unrecoverable. Ash was very helpful by suggesting that we retrieve them from the hard drives off our old lap tops and he managed to recover about 80% of the photos that we thought we'd never see again. He also managed to fix my son's laptop, which we thought had gone for good. He did a great job for a very reasonable price and will be using his skills and knowledge again very soon. I would recommend him every time.

Contacted Ash through his website and first thing next day, I got an email and a call from him. Told him my issues and he was quite confident he could recover all the data on my external hard drive which stopped working. After dropping it off, he gave me regular updates and thankfully was able to recover 100% of my data! He also went above and beyond and did extra work for no extra cost. Thorough explanations given for all the technical aspects which was nice. He’s also in general a very nice person! Highly recommend him for any IT related issues.

Without Ash from Softland, my Acer laptop wouldn't have rebooted or even come back to life within 24 hours. Thanks to his hard work during the night, he was able to fix my laptop the next morning. Ash was very professional and as soon as I brought the laptop to him for inspection, he was able to tell me immediately how to fix the problem. Highly recommended, perfect 5 star service. Amazing response time. My laptop started to have problems with the hard drive and I was so scared to loss my data for my dissertation. Explained my problem and agreed to an appointment early in the morning for the next day. In only three hours I had my data stored as backup in the old drive that now I can use as external memory and restored as well in a new hardrive with a full OS and bigger storage capacity. Cleaned the interior and replaced the thermic paste, all for a very affordable price, in front of me, explaining all the process and giving advice for future care of the laptop. If I need to do anything else related with computers I'm sure I will come back with Ash. Great service and treat. Thank you a lot.
