Andy is great. I’ve made use of his skill a few times and he has always got me a great rate or given fantastic advice about the cheapest way to achieve the result I want. Explains everything in layman’s terms, navigates you through tricky processes brilliantly. The only person I’ll use for mortgage advice.

We were referred to Andy to support our mortgage application to purchase a new build property. We were keen to have an independent mortgage adviser who wasn’t affiliated with the developer. Andy went above and beyond to support our application during significant market volatility, where he acted instinctively to mitigate the impact from the September 2022 minibudget. Additionally, our build had numerous delays which had the potential to impact our ability to proceed, which Andy managed efficiently and provided additional independent advice to aid challenging the developer for compensation.
