If I could give more stars then I definitely would!I was in a bit of a panic having no coffee machine only 5 days before my opening day! After a phone call with Garry, a machine was delivered and installed only 2 days later! What more can you ask for?The engineers who came to install my machine were fabulous. Super quick and very knowledgeable and friendly....spent time showing me exactly how to work and care for my new toy!Garry had mentioned his copper black coffee beans and I was hesitant to try as I loved the beans I was currently using...but, one flat white later and I was completely converted.One other thing that I love is that you can tell Garry as put his all into his business, and I’m all for supporting local businesses too.Would I recommend Copper Black??Absolutely!

Firstly Copper Black Coffee beans are exquisite. Having tried a varied range of brands from supermarkets, Amazon and brands such as Starbucks, Costa & Tim Hortons @ home, I can guarantee that Copper Black is tastier than most.I heard about this company from a friend who tasted Copper Black at their Golf Club. With a choice of subtle or intense tastes they have coffee to please everyone. Personal favourite is Ebony although visitors have preferred Noir and Onyx.Great value for money and the service from Garry & the team is fantastic.

I have a bit to say here, so I'll try and keep it interesting and very honest!Gary - nicer and more genuine guy you will struggle to find.His team - efficient, polite and very professional.Coffee - one of the best on the market, and we tried a lot in the decision making process!Hot chocolate - sublime.The machine - beautiful to look at, works effortlessly and is extremely easy to use and clean.Costs - we give this to our clients complimentary so this is a very important factor, and it is extremely good value for money. The feedback has been amazing, not one bad comment...in fact the opposite!Company branded high quality porcelain crockery is beautifully made and very strong, especially for a commercial environment.I own and run a very busy hair salon in East Kilbride, so quality and support is very important to us when deciding which suppliers to go into business with.Last night, Friday 26th April, we called Gary at 5.45pm as one of the internal pipes had sprung a leak, our fault I think. We are going through between 80-120 cups a week, so to not offer it to our clients would be disappointing. I didn't even have to say this out loud. Gary was onsite within 30 mins, left and returned 45 mins later and resolved the problem. On a Friday night!Their customer service, technical support and integrity is of the absolute highest. I genuinely cannot fault this firm in any way. We deal with a lot of suppliers and if everyone operated the way Copper Black do my days would run a hell of a lot smoother.If you are looking for a coffee supplier...these are the guys!
