The receptionists in this surgery are a complete and utter waste of time. They act like they have a medical degree and do nothing but argue with the patients .Several times i have i have rang and they have been rude, unprofessional and then when you answer them back they either hang up on you or send you through to someone else. They all need to be sacked and new ones brought on who have a better understanding on how to speak with people.

The worst racisim I have faced being in Pembrokeshire for a year by the receptionists FTF. On call I have had one nice lady. Other than that all the receptionists are rude, racist. I have seen them treating other patients with a smile on their face and being polite. I went in to drop a urine sample for my son and wasn't able to write full name due to the religious reasons. Receptionist made me write his name and refused to give me paper and bag so I could write his name on a piece of paper and put it there separately. It disgusts me the way they behave. Pitiful. They see me in hijab and they refuse to treat me like other patients. They do need to get out of their box and see the world a bit more so they are not threatened by someone with a different religion or culture.

I wouldn't give a 1 star to be honest, been in the queue for 40 minutes being g 1st in the queue and still no answer, everytime I try to get hold of them their either rude or can never get through to them, seriously thinking of changing surgeries, would never advise anyone to go with them

My daughter saw Dr Poh as she was suffering from extreme depression and anxiety, his answer to her was she needed to find a happy class somewhere, and that was all he could suggest. It took me a long time to persuade her to see a doctor as it was, now she just thinks it’s her fault for having depression, this doctor would have been outdated by medieval standards and my daughter would have been given better treatment from a cave dwelling witch doctor. Also, Anyone who is just a few pounds overweight should avoid this doctor since according to him every illness is down to someone’s weight.

We were on holiday when my wife became unwell. We were treated well by reception and given an appointment within 2 hours. Unfortunately she had a reaction to the antibiotics. The next day, reception found her an appointment within 3 hours and another prescription issued, all without fuss. This is we ask for, good serviceThank you all

Receptionists thinking there Dr's refusing appointments even to a 7yr old child whose suffering with shingles. Refused an appointment saw pharmacist confirmed it and still refused to give an appointment as they didn't believe I'd taken her. Left with a 7yr old screaming in pain. Will be taking it further

Rude receptionist on the desk today. Politely asked what room the doctor was I was notified to see, as his name wasn’t on the board of doctors, and she then replied ‘Can you not see I’m busy? I’m sending an email!’ Really make you feel like a hindrance. Rude is an understatement.

Great surgery. I’ve never have any issues booking appointments and our Dr (Dr Baker) is so empathetic and lovely. Parking is sometimes tricky but other than that the facilities are clean and wait time is fine.

I only ring the surgery if I am desperate. My partner has been diagnosed with COPD and a few weeks ago was given steroids and antibiotics. I was told to ring if not better but to also make appointment for emergency treatment. Appointment in January although christmas coming up, I was told doctors had to take there holidays I told the receptionist to tell the truth doctors have left I know of two really good doctors that have left recently. Today I ring for an emergency appointment for my partner to be told ring at 12 noon. Rang at 11.59 took 45 minutes to answer to then be told that all appointments gone, only 2 GPs in and one was going home sick. Advised to go to A and E and then you wonder why A and E is so cluttered because the surgery won't see anyone. It is getting worse.

Absolutely disgraceful manners by the receptionist and Doctor I saw. Very unfriendly and Appears to be emotionally inept, no compassion or empathy. Reminded me of a mad scientist. Only listens to himself." The conversation was disturbing and very questionable. Apparently seems to think everyone is wrong except him. Very odd behaviour. He also kept the door open whilst I was being seen. The Doctor was armed to the nines with PPE so no reason to do this. It's currently a one way system and the exit is just past the room I was in
