I've rarely ever been able to provide a 5 Star review for any Professional Trades service provision until now! I can't speak highly enough about Cox Gas Services. They came highly recommended to me by a close friend for whom CGS have undertaken work over several years. Having now experienced their professional, reliable, knowledgeable, competent, efficient, and respectful approach myself, I completely understand why, and fully agree with my friends assessment. All of the work that was to be completed in my home was fully explained to me prior to being started, I was offered options to choose what I wanted by way of fittings, and agreed appointments were kept punctually: and (just when I thought it couldn't get any better), their pricing for service provision (labour) is more than reasonable! . I cannot speak highly enough about both Carl and Lee, and have absolutely no reservations in recommending them to anyone who is looking for genuine professionals at every level!Thanks again CGS, you're outstanding!

Carl has been servicing my boiler for the past 5 years. Always very professional, explains any problems and is always very friendly.

I called Cox Gas services after a gas leak had been discovered while my Smart meters were being fitted by an Eon engineer and my gas had been capped off. Lee responded immediately and a few hours later Carl arrived to diagnose the problem.I cannot speak highly enough about his thoroughness andhis professional approach to the problem. He was so friendly and went out of his way to put me at ease. Once he had discovered the source of the leak to the old pipework leading to my gas fire he offered to remove the fire and even took it away.Nothing was too much trouble for him and I would definitely use CGS in future and will highly recommend them to friends and family. An amazing first experience of a 5 Star company.
