Greenleaf Therapies

I was given a session with Greenleaf Therapies as a gift and thought I would just pop along the once, that was over 2 years ago! Going to see Rus is like having a sunny day to look forward to - a time for me to give something to myself. Rus is a positive person who somehow gets rid of negativity and replaces it with a positive attitude. I have reflexology and a massage as well a 'chat' (counselling session). Going to see Rus has increased my confidence to apply for new jobs, to think positively about life and situations and to seek opinion when certain situations need it. I really did not think I was a reflexology/massage type of person but going to see Rus is something I now see as essential to my well-being and I feel like I now visit a friend!

I love how Rus tailors each appointment to what I need. I leave each time feeling more energised, more grounded, lighter and more connected with what is authentic for me.

I met Rus coming up to two years ago. I walked away feeling energised, calm and like I could take on the world. I would recommend Rus to anyone. I usually have reflexology but Rus adapts to your needs. If she can feel tension she’ll always suggest alternative treatments. Rus has an amazing and special ability

I absolutely love working with Rasunah, she is incredible. You can feel positive energy the moment you meet her.After first session I have had big shifts happening, and I started to feel so much positive changes in my body and energy.She explains everything so well and helps me with any questions.I felt like something was blocking me/stopping me from creating the extraordinary life I am working on, and I am so glad that I've been guided to her!We only had 2 sessions but I am already happier lighter and I feel like a heavy weight has been taken of my chest.
