Really impressed with Stages and Phases Events service, from the moment I contacted them, the owner was very friendly on the phone and even sent me list of hall for hire as I hadn’t found a venue for my party. She then came to view the venue with me in the middle of the night. Many thanks to your team for bringing my vision for my husband’s surprise 40th birthday party to life.

Elkie and her team were wonderful they added colour and life to my son's five years birthday party. She went over and beyond to see that the party was a success. Everyone commended the decoration and my son was very happy. Ada

Fantastic and efficient service! Elke was very responsive throughout planning and answered all of my queries very promptly. The deco that was set up on my wedding day were perfect, not too over the top and not too simple either, which I liked. The flowers were so popular with my guests that they took home most of the flowers. Overall, Elke made the process stress free as she was proactive in suggesting styles that might work best and gave plenty of good advice. Prices were also very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

Elke and her team were amazing. We contacted them within a few months of our wedding date and they were really quick to respond. Elke kept in contact with me regularly and was very helpful in getting everything set up and ordered on time. We had a Chinese Themed reception and she managed to get everything on time including a big Double Happiness sign behind our table, and Chinese Sweet boxes that have the Double Happiness signs on them.

It was my 40 th birthday this weekend and this is the 3rd time I have booked with stages and phases elke is always helpful and works with your ideas I wanted a glitter theme and was very impressed with the way she brought everything together defo booking with them again thankyou!! Elkie and her team at Stages and Phases were so wonderful to work with from the very beginning. Elkie gave me a full list of their services so that I could make a well informed decision about what I wanted, and she was very accommodating to my needs - even when I changed my mind so many times! She responded to my queries really quickly and maintained this level of communiication from our first point of contact right through to, and even after, our wedding day. We did not see any of the decor until the day itself and I'm glad for that because it made for an even greater impact when we first walked into our reception venue. The decor was all so beautiful, the colour scheme was applied perfectly and there was very clear attention to detail. I would very happily use their services again.
