Spoke to Stuart here for some information regarding a prop shaft , and was very informative and happy to share his wealth of knowledge and experience. This is even despite Bailey Morris in the end not getting any work out of it. So from a customer service point of view, cant fault these guys. Well done ! And thank you !

They didn't reply to my website enquiry or email. However once I picked up the phone help was instant, they turned around a custom propshaft for me in 4 days at a fair price the build quality and fit was fantastic. On site service was a bit meh" but their offices were being refurbished so I am sure they are making the best of a bad situation. Kind of typical service of an old school engineering type place but I have used them for years on various projects and the quality of the products has always been top notch which is what really matters."

I first wrote this review when I was just dropping off a propshaft for refurbishment (or replacement) so it was only brief. The chap I dealt with seemed knowledgeable and efficient.Now that the work has been done and the propshaft fitted to the car, I will add that it has greatly improved the driving experience. BM essentially built a new one and the quality seems excellent.

Emailed them about a custom propshaft for my car and fair enough they replied straight away, offering discount for using my details for marketing purposes.No further contact has been made by them or any of their engineers like I was told. Cannot comment on the work as won't be using them regardless of how good they think they are.Oh and thanks for passing my details on to everyone you could, nothing but nuisance phoncalls since.If you are after a one off solution, go elsewhere.

Very happy with the prop shaft they made. Not happy they didn't tell me the price was plus VAT. Not happy it took them 2 weeks to make it.

Great company, great people. But more important, excellent shafts. I just bought one and had a problem as I bought an extreme shaft and needed an upgrade. They solved it within a week, even sending the shaft back to them from Germany. Excellent service and flexibility. Thanks again. Uwe
