London Stansted Airport JetParks

Had a week long Saturday midday to Saturday booking. Parked in Car park X, you don’t get to choose, you are directed to latest open car park. Plenty of spaces, we managed to get a corner space which was slightly wider. Unfortunately the wait for the transfer bus was 30 minutes and the queue was getting longer, and then those arriving after us queued at the other end, so when the bus came in they were by the doors, very annoying. Bus came in, virtually full up, as a tube traveller, I made sure I got on ! Extremely limited room and uncomfortable 10 minute journey to the airport. On return Sunday 2.45 ish waited 15 minutes for return bus. Whilst waiting I saw a number of buses do pick ups for the mid stay car park. Again not everyone got on and very crowded, some persons wouldn’t use the luggage racks which would have made more room and tempers flared a bit. Unfortunately car park X was the last drop off. seemed to be lots of rubbish in the car park, which could only have been left by recently departed drivers. Big shout out to the return bus driver who was entertaining and helpful on his announcements over the bus tannoy ! Sorry don’t know his name. Our flight came in 10 hours late so we were worried about paying any excess, but nothing online available, anyway barrier just lifted on way out so no issues.

Nothing special about the car park, spaces are small like in any other car park these days. Trying to exit the parking space with a large car can be a little bit tricky with a few too many turnings of the steering wheel.One thing that I found annoying was having to cross a strip of high grass when walking to the bus stop number 22 from parking area U4.We looked everywhere for a path to avoid having to walk on the grass but to no avail.Price wise I think is reasonable, we booked through our airline.Buses turn up every 15 minutes and it takes about 10 to reach the terminal.So overall it is ok but there's room for improvement.

Don't know why there's so many negative reviews. We found it competitively priced, very easy to access with straight forward instructions. We like the fact your car stays where you park it & you take your keys with you, so no mucking about checking keys in. Didn't have to wait long for a bus. Bus was very busy on the way back though as it covers the long stay car park aswell, but it was 4.30 in the afternoon, so don't know what its like at other times of the day. We Would use them again though.

Returned from holiday in the early hours of last Sunday 2nd July. Joined a massive queue at 2am. after a two hour flight delay, for the transfer bus back to the Jetparks car park. The bus came after 30 mins, but there were so many passengers waiting that the bus became full before getting to the front of the queue. Before the next bus arrived (probably the very same one bus), three transfer buses for other car parks arrived. This was very infuriating. The Jetparks bus finally came at around 3am. They claim to have transfer buses every 20 mins, this is obviously not the case when people need it most, i.e. at night after flight delays, when people are already tired, hungry, and irritable, without adding frustration from what I would call a totally despicable service. To make matters even worse, there is no way to contact Jetparks by phone. The only number that's given goes through to Manchester airport. What is the bloody point of that? There is no way to leave a message to notify them that you are running late because of a flight delay. This is the most disgusting service I have ever experienced for airport parking. I will never use Jetparks again. For those who give it 4 or 5 stars, remember this: You were simply lucky this time.

Quite far from the terminal. Not that greatly signposted like the other long stay car parks. But we got it cheap and the bus came every 5-15 mins. Nice and relaxing way to begin your holibobs

Very good car park. Speedy transfer service and very understanding customer service. Thank you for clearing my parking overstay charge when I had to extend my stay because of a family member suddenly passing away while I was abroad. All the best wishes to you and keep it up.

Mostly good service! Very quick security! But the walk from the duty free area to the gate was more longer than we expected! I think that needs to be made clear! One thing though was disappointed with the lounge access people because they said we could go in with the credit card and then once we went downstairs said we can only go of we have the priority pass to match! Needs to be consistent answers!

Stansted Jetparks. Initial parking was easy, plenty of spaces, walked to bus stop, bus arrived 2 minutes after one left, that was good. HOWEVER, return was a different matter, our flight arrived two and a half hours late, finally joined the queue to catch shuttle back to car park, the volume of customers waiting was horrendous, shuttle arrived and was packed to over filling, after what seemed like an eternity the next one arrived and once again got packed to overflowing, suitcases everywhere, finally got to car park, next problem was the we're so many passengers that every time a passenger needed to get off a considerable volume of passengers had to disembark, then get back on, I feel that so many passengers and their luggage was potentially dangerous. Initially it was so full the doors had trouble closing, they should be aware on the potential volume of returning customers, put on more shuttles, the queuing and squashed conditions were not great, would I recommend or use Jetparks again, I suggest Not.
