Uberfone

The phone case cracked after 1 week. No drops no hard use it just crackes from usage. See pictures. Not happy as this case was nearly £25 for a weeks use is a joke.I bought it while visiting my partner in ballymena so can't even quickly travel down to resolve the issue.

called in today with a problem with my sim served by Laura and Carmena and must say nothing was a problem for them and in a short time all was resolved ,must thank the 2 girls for their manner and professional service

Went in this morning after picking up an item froom boots , had an small issue with my S8 thats got sorted very quickly , I didn't get the chaps name but he was very helpful and professional , would use this shop again so pleased with the service this morning 100% satisfied with this service.Thank you

Needed an urgent replacement screen for my iPhone 6s Plus and went with the very good reviews I saw online for Uberphone in the Tower Centre in Ballymena.I wasn’t disappointed with my choice.Carmena was working on her own that day and despite other jobs took the phone and had it ready earlier than expected.She did a great, professional job and I would have no problem recommending this Uberphone store in future.

Never again. Got battery replaced in iPhone and a year later it was just as bad as the battery that came out. It has now stoped working all the time, opened the phone myself and found TWO screws lying inside it.
