Helpful and knowledgeable. I bought two generic cartridges for my HP printer and had two original cartridges refilled. My printer objected to the colour cartridge after a couple of weeks. The owner was helpful in suggesting some things to try to fix the issue. When these did not work he simply exchanged the cartridge. Great service!

Took my broken LaserJet printer to Cartridge Right, and they not only replaced the toner, they fixed it within minutes. Dan was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company and will be recommending them to all my clients and colleagues. Excellent service!

Ordered some toner for our laser printer so we could print out homeschool work for the kids. Got my order in what turned out to be not that long before lockdown, but the owner promised me he'd definitely be able to deliver the order whatever happened. And he did! Thanks so much for the excellent service. It's great being able to print again!

A superb service. Very highly recommended. Unaware of the fact that the shop was 'under new management' I returned a reconditioned lap-top that was a month or so out of warranty and was running very slowly. The new management - Connor - would have been well within his rights to charge me for the efficient and thorough job he did repairing the lap-top. As well as simply repairing the lap-top he went way beyond the call of duty and performed a health check on the machine and even installed some anti-virus software. A great experience. Old fashioned, efficient and honest service. Thank you Cartridge Right, you deserve to do well.

Really good friendly and helpful customer service. I am not very tech savvy so needed a lot of help to organise some photos I wanted printing. Martin who served me was really patient and helpful and I was really pleased with my prints. Now I've got some great pictures for my room.Thanks again. Jon

Very positive and helpful staff. I've been shopping and asking advice for many years at Cartridge Right and recently was delighted to have my printer restored to health on the strength of of a wise suggestion. Even after I'd bought a replacement......i'll have to buy a lot of cartridges now to make up for that.
