For five years we used Banfield’s to manage our rental property and we were delighted with the efficient and courteous service we received at all times from each and everyone. Deborah absolutely knows the lettings business inside out! When we decided to sell the property it was a no-brainier to transfer to their excellent sales team and we weren’t disappointed! We bought a property in Crowborough and Banfield were the seller's agents.From start to finish they were absolutely brilliant - More helpful than our own conveyancers for our sale, and all the staff were wonderful to deal with.Georgina in particular should be singled out, as she went over and above what we would have ever expected, giving great advice with our sale and ultimately helping everything go through - There were times when we thought it wouldn't happen at all, but all because of problems on our side!When it comes to eventually selling our property we will definitely be picking up the phone to Banfield!

Over the last four years Banfields have looked after us brilliantly. Initially they advised us on preparing a house for rental and then found a superb tenant.. Years later we decided to sell and Banfield advised us on the sale and successfully marketed it in a very difficult market. Their care and attention during what proved to be a drawn out period until exchange was also exemplary. Heartily recommended, and I don't say that often!
