Service and the guys are spot on. The reason for my low rating is the opening hours. What is the point in a service that closes at 13:00 Mon, Tue, Thur and Friday. 14:00 on Saturday. Sunday is understandable but the only useful day is Wed being open until 20:00. I work shifts and now have to buy a much more expensive car part to fix my car for an MOT on Saturday. I was out and for some reason they didnt leave it in a safe place. Its Thursday now and the next time I can collect is Tuesday! What the hell?! Weeknights should be open until 17:00. I might have a chance if I leave work early then. Really this service is quite pointless based on those opening times.

Customer support is from 8-10 Monday- Friday while 8-13 on Saturday

Most useless service you could ask for. They don't care to actually knock properly, use the doorbell or even give you 5 seconds to answer before they scurry away. And if you dare confront them about it 100% they will just say it's your fault and sign off. So enjoy the walk to this place when they inevitably fail to deliver something to you.These guys are open 8am-12pm on saturdays and 8am-4pm on some other days. Come off it, what a joke.

Your new opening hours are an absolute disgrace! I work 12-13 hour shifts and it is impossible to get to you when you are open. You cried out for pay increases for clearly less work. Jokers!

I was at home full day on delivery dates and no one knocked or rang the bell to deliver. They just left a note saying unable to deliver 2 times. Now i have to go to the delivery office which has the worst opening window. Really bad service. I have lived in other places and the service is much better than Reading. Try to improve the service.

Such efficient service. I don't understand the previous reviews. Everything was so quick and easy. Plenty of spaces for parking

No waiting area, this was a real problem when the pandemic started and it was raining, plus recent opening hours are probably for unemployed people or those working at the night shift!!!!!! Absolutely rubbish!

Absolutely useless! Tried delivering a package when I got a notification saying that it was a failed delivery as I was not in. I work from home and I'm in all the time, no one rang the intercom! I was like fair enough, tried to get it delivered to my closest post office as I could easily pick it up. Next day, same notification as it was attempted delivery again to my house. I asked it to be delivered to the post office, why are you trying to deliver it to my house again? Same excuse though, I was not in, again the postman have time to write a card but not ring the intercom.What a terrible service!! Seriously. I now wait for packages more in hope rather than expectation l.

Very disappointing. Norminating safe place and instructions are difficultand inconvenient. Redelivery dates are often ages away. Dispite the high price, it feels like I am using Hermes
