Horrible staff with bad attitude. Felt very uncomfortable and left after a couple as the barwomen was rude. Clearly not enough sleep or just hates her job!

Amazing staff amazing venue, best pool hall in Scotland imo. Helped our uni pool society (Heriot Watt) out many a time and always a gr8 atmosphere on tournament nights.

Attended a training course in the function suite recently, room is relatively large & was ideal for training & suitable space remained area for any practical elements of training.Staff member(Angie I believe) was very friendly, helpful & accomodating. Tea & coffee available throughout the day.Would happily attend a training event here again.
