Years ago there used to be a choice of camera shops in a town but they are rare now. I always appreciate the chance to go into an actual shop, pick up a lens or tripod and chat to someone about it.

Had a fantastic experience in the Sheffield shop every time I have been there. Special mention and thanks to Phoebe for being a such wealth of knowledge and all round brilliant sales person.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Good range of photo equipment and excellent printing service. Best photo shop in Yorkshire. Started using Harrisons way back in 1970 when they were on the opposite side of London Road

Ww have been here before and had some excellent goods. However this time we were rather disappointed. I had phoned up to ask if they might repair an old video camera and, it transpires, spoke to customer services who are NOT in the shop. We were told to take the camera in to the shop and did. It is a weight to carry and the journey involves long walks for elderly people as we are. As soon as we got there we were tildthat they didn't repair those cameras. If I had actually spoken to the shop they would have told us this. If customer services had advised us that we could speak to the shop we would have saved ourselves a long and weighty journey.

Excellent service. The lady who helped me to find the right camera was helpful, knowledge and not pushy. This has always been my experience of Harrison cameras. I fully recommend that you get advice and buy from experts rather than the web where you will find biased and often plain wrong guidance

Excellent service, everything the photographer needs inside. And their reconditioned side is amazing, part exchanged is very reasonable too. Definitely recommend a visit.

Bought some film online and was surprised with the speed they sent it out especially being an independent business. Got it delivered a couple days later. Very good.
