I would highly recommend HSR Autos. I recently had my timing chain replaced. The service was professional and the job was completed in a timely manner. The price was very competitive. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed on my cars progress.

Excellent service received from Marc and his team. Very impressed by how quick they were and the cost to replace my exhaust and brakes, along with replacing the bulb in my side view mirror. Will definitely go back.

Brought my car to fix a suspensionnoise while turning the steering wheel, I never knew you don't fix Mercedes Benz. Only for you to rip me off £87 for diagnosis when you can't fix anything. Told me my car that's running smoothly has gearbox problem cos you haven't heard the sound of a diesel Mercedes Benz engine before. Took my car to Mercedes Benz branch and no issue of such. Change the worn out suspension that's causing a noise. You refused to change the suspension claiming you can't work on the car with gearbox problem but that's a lie, it's cos your engineers don't fix a Mercedes Benz.

Booked in online for a service and to diagnose an engine management light that had come on. Online booking system quick and easy and the customer service provided was 1st class at a decent price. Car back within 3 hours of it being dropped off. Thanks guys

HSR recently replaced the clutch on my car. I'd never used them before, but their quote for the work was very competitive. The work was carried out without issue, the car was ready when promised and what they quoted was exactly what they charged. Even showed me the old clutch parts so I could see why it needed changed. I would definitely recommend them!

Great service from the guys at HSR. My A/C had a leak somewhere and none of the garages local to me would look at the car. HSR checked and found the leak and had the part ordered in no time.Part was changed and A/C system tested and job done.Brilliant service from them and would definitely recommend them.

Finding a garage can be a difficult choice. I've just taken my old 55 plate Vectra here and I'm more the impressed with the MOT and repairs/maintenance provided. The staff are incredibly friendly and the prices are good too. I highly recommend using HSR Autos! Thanks, I'll be back again!
