If you have any issues then the team at InXpress will help you and in some cases just take over completely. They will advise which courier is the best to use for your particular requirement and the whole process is fast and easy. An excellent option for small companies to ship at competitive prices. InXpress manages to offer a number of important value added services taking the strain out of domestic and international shipping. Firstly, pricing. It's often lower than the direct negotiated rate with the shipping company. Secondly, they offer a choice of carriers most of us don't have. Thirdly, given their relationship with the shipping companies, they offer excellent customer support when something goes wrong and once in a while it goes very wrong. From day one InXpress has been true to its word and have been easy to work with. I highly recommend them
