Since the last 5years I always goes there for my exams.. never had issues. Not sure about the bad rating but keep in mind you are going there for an exam not to have a cuppa or a long chat with someone or talk about your problems...one time they had network issues and the guy did managed to get it sorted asap by calling the company which deliver them their network connectivity..I am back there at the end of the week and feedback if their service changed but I doubt..

Been there twice now, the reviews saying it is a bit shabby and run down are true but good progress and improvements were made in the month between my 2 visits and I understand further improvements are underway. The manager was LOVELY, he was very supportive and friendly with me - I was really nervous about the exams and this definitely helped.I was offered drinks and checked on regularly to make sure I was comfortable and not too hot/cold. He was conscious about noise levels and offered many practical solutions.Would happily go there again.

I take back everything I said in my last review which was only good because I hadn't questioned the manager" on anything and just smiled and took my test.I just came for my second test at this place and to be honest I don't know how this place has a PearsonVue license. The other reviews are correct in saying that the manager has an extremely poor attitude to customer service

Great centre. Easy sign in process. Facilities are available including lockers for personal items. Parking outside and within the vicinity. When traveling by car, suggestion is to arrive 30 minutes prior your time. Parking can be busy and there are one way streets. Shopping centre nearby. Would be nice to have wider screens with higher resolution. My tests included diagrams which needed to be scrolled down.

Bit shabby and run down, but does have parking on street and behind the centre. Friendly and attentive guy behind the desk, clear and polite about the test taking proceedure at all times. At the end of the day you're there to take a test, and the facilities are fine for this.I've been to test centres that look far better that have had far worse customer service.

The rules for IDs are very simple for F5 exams.However, besides being very rude, the staff did not care or is not competent enough to understand the rules.I was not allowed to do a F5 exam, because the IDs I presented.I have done 5 F5 exams in this same place, with the same IDs.I made a complaint to Pearson Vue and F5 Networks.They concluded that I should had been allowed to do the exam, and the testing centre was wrong.I went to do the exam in Pearson Vue testing centre in London.By far, better facilities, and more professional staff.This testing centre don't understand that the people going to their facilities are customers.We are paying for their service, and should be treated fairly and respectful.Don't go to this testing centre.Go to Pearson Vue in London, as they provide a better service to you.

I just posted how I go to this centre for all my CIMA exams and that I don’t believe the other reviews on the rudeness of the manager. Unfortunately I was just proven wrong. I just had a three hour long very important exam and I had a small request to be placed next to the windows. I was treated very rudely and he said you can go to another centre. He then placed me not close to the windows and when I asked to be moved he ignored me. I had to go back to reception to be moved . I very upset before the exam and he didn’t care nor did he stop telling me that I chose to come here. This is beyond simple miscommunications, it is clear rudeness and unprofessional behaviour.More than anything I am disappointed that the reviews here turned out to be trueI will never be going there again.

I used the test centre for an exam today and the only thing I could criticise it for is feeling slightly tired (that's the reason for docking a star). The gentleman who served me was very friendly, courteous and polite (he seemed very relaxed, which is great when you're a nervous/stressed person about to write a test). The toilet facilities were fine, as were the lockers. Location-wise, it's very easy to find - less than five minutes walk from The Oracle shopping centre.In summary - I'd definitely use the centre next time I'm writing an exam.

I had my CIMA exam on 9th November 2019 and I must say I will come back for my other exams. I have been welcomed so nicely and looked after so well! The tired walls and outdated facilities didn’t worry me because when I came in I was greeted with the biggest smile! Enormous Thank You Spark for having me!

I've just been to this test center today. I honestly don't understand the one star reviews.This test center offers individual lockers. Have you been to the other test center? Pitmans? They don't have any locker, they put all your stuff together.The staff was nice. Is it because he smiles that you think he makes fun of you? He is just being nice because it's his job. The reviewers probably are insecure. Hey i failed my exam too today and i don't blame the staff for it.Is it maybe because he is black? Are the reviewers racist brexiters perhaps?
