We were very pleased with our experience selling my old car, the process was fast and simple and we felt as ease. We were pleased with the amount offered, and after paying the extra fee we got the money in our account within 10 minutes. Couldn't fault them!

It was a quick and easy process and the guy we dealt with was nice and friendly. My only qualm is the transaction fees and having to pay if you want your payment faster. If you have the capacity to pay same day you could do without it costing an extra £30. Other than that couldn’t fault it at all.

Good service, very polite and courteous. Not as much money as was originally offered, but I expected that. The money was paid into my bank account within 15 minutes.

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!Price offered and it was LOW really but thought I'd at least be hassle free (Philip Schofield...lol)...Turned up with my partner and our daughter, I was in the work van and on the way had a call from an elderly lady with no power so explained that I needed to be gone ASAP ideally.Then the TIRE KICKING started!Last year at BMW I had a new bonnet, bumper and all resprayed at substantial cost (Thousands), a service and a few bits of nearly £900, the car is VERY low mileage for the age and in great condition.Only 3 former keepers (though I had said 2, this dropped their price by £350 straight away)...I could go on but to save me, my customers and of course my partner and baby any more hassle I declined the laughable decreasing offer.NEVER AGAIN!I'll sell privately!I would like to say that I have used these before many years ago and had none of this trouble! PLEASE AVOID THOUGH THINGS HAVE CHANGED!(I forgot to say I actually had it Valeted prior to the appointment to for them, shouldn't have bothered)! lol
