Needed to exchange Christmas gift, the two members of staff extremely helpful.Didnt have receipt this was not a problem they were happy for me to exvhangeThey offered to keep items bought until we had finished our shopping, returned to find gifts had not only been wrapped in paper but also bubble wrap!Excellent service .
