Would not use again, carpet was wrong size when it came to be fitted, even though this may have been the suppliers mistake, the Little Carpet Company showed very little interest in rectifying the issue, we found ourselves having to chase them up over and over again in order to rearrange for the refitting. No interest in offering any form of compensation. Awful timekeeping, we booked in for a morning fitting and they arrived about 15.30 . For the refitting, we booked in an afternoon fitting and they were ringing us up in the morning advising they were on their way to us. Many times we were on the phone to them and were advised someone would get back to us to discuss these issues as they arose, only on one occasion somebody did.

we contacted LCC because they were a small family run local business, they did our flooring and carpets. we found they friendly, professional and the price they quoted was good.We are extremely happy with their products and the service they provided from start to finish. Would I use them again. Definitely" would I recommend them to others

Very poor communication throughout. Late for initial measuring, late for fitting, including arriving at 5:30pm on the day of the fitting, then having to finish at 7:30pm and return the next day.The first fitting was incorrect and the door bars had to be changed. We paid for our old carpet to be taken away, but it was left outside your front door for 4 days.Overall a disappointing experience and we wouldn’t use them again or recommend them to anyone, which is a shame as they’re a local company.

Thought we would try a local company instead of a large retailer, we needed a carpet for a bedroom and 2 small squares for the top of the stairs! The man in store was very friendly showing us the samples from end of rolls he had. We thought this was great as we only needed to small bits for the top of our stairs. When the carpet fitter came he fitted the bedroom carpet without asking us how we would like the TV cable, he fitted the carpet over the cable. I've never seen it done this way before, we usually have the cable running along the skirting with tacks. Because I wasn't in at the time of the fitting I had to ask him to come back to take the wire out of the carpet. The carpet for the top of the stairs was put down lovely, but the rest of the carpet left would have easily carpeted the rest of my stairs. The carpet fitter asked us if we would like to buy the rest of the roll to carpet the stairs! After saying no the fitter took it away with him. To my knowledge we had already brought the roll!! After a phone call to the shop this was rectified and the carpet was brought back to us, with parts of the carpet wet!! At the time of purchase I thought the price for the carpet at the of the stairs was expensive but I thought it was maybe because we had picked an expensive carpet, looking at it we had brought alot more carpet than we needed. This was never mentioned to us at the time.
