Tears provided a truly 5* service after our recent road accident while we were on holiday from Scotland. They went above and beyond to ensure we could keep holiday-ing and really helped to take the stress out of a difficult situation. Everyone we spoke to was so kind, helpful and friendly.

Disappointed. Call them Friday morning.They charged me £ 75 from the beginning. I’ve told them that I think the starter motor is broken and they sent a guy who told me same thing after half an hour of checking the car. I call them back and they told me that they can’t fix the car till Tuesday but they can send me a recovery car which will take me to a garage and I have to pay them separately. Asking for what I paid £ 75 and the answer was for Road side assistance. Lesson learned: Never pay before the work is done.

New car showing warning sign of 'loss of tyre pressure'. Called in and the staff were friendly and helpful. Added air and everything good to go. No charge. Thank you, great customer service and with a smile

Was taken by breakdown as I had a flat tyre. Expected to pay for new tyre but they said it could be repaired so cost next to nothing. Really fast service too. Thank you.

Called this recovery late last night to recover a tractor and bailer from the roadside. Helpful, friendly staff. Lorry arrived asap. Driver very helpful and got it home swiftly and easily. Competitive cost too. Definitely have this company on speed dial! Thank you for your help.

My rear brake caliper was binding badly and needed to be replaced along with a new set of pads. Reception was very friendly and the work was done quickly, there was some sort of mix up and they replaced the brake discs as well which didn't really need changing so they gave me them for free, absolutely excellent service.
