Studio L49

We used Studio L49 to design and build our “garden gin house”. The 3D design was amazing and really helped us to chose the right materials and finish. The build itself was to perfection - exactly as it was promised and to the highest of standards. We would absolutely recommend!!

I have worked with David Livsey on numerous projects over the last 5 years. I recently asked David to redesign our new office space and the result was amazing. He designed it, provided a walk through (virtual tour) and then carried out all the work. I have to say each time I walk in I feel inspired. The staff all agree that they now have a beautiful modern space in which to work which means the atmosphere is great..David took time to listen to our needs and took all our ideas into consideration along with his own input. The refurb went so well with little or no disruption at all. Davids attention to detail means the work was carried out to an extremely high standard but at a very competitive price.I would have no hesitation in recommending his services to anybody. I recently asked David if he would assist with a huge community project.The history is that we as a community stopped a piece of our green space from being developed for housing. The area contains our football club, cricket club, stables, angling club and grazing land. The development has been stopped (yayyy!) and the community have now been given the land to benefit the community. So we needed a surveyor & designer to plot the land and come up with a scheme that incorporated the feedback from the residents.This was a massive project and I felt sure it would overwhelm most but not David. He has now become our community hero!David generated floorplans & virtual tour which are mindblowing and that description does not do it justice believe me. The attention to detail is unbelievable.When the committee met to see the initial designs a number of the members got emotional (tears of joy). It looked so amazing and so realistic. It surpassed all our expectations. We then went on to screen them at two public consultations and it had the same effect on the residents.I can only guess at how long this work took but I knew he would not do a half hearted job. Thank you Kelly (his wife) for putting up with having to watch it so often to ensure it had the desired effect and was perfect for our community.We are now using Davids work to help towards funding applications so our dream can become reality. I can't recommend David and Studio L49 highly enough. We needed help visualising our garden before landscaping, help with garden office visuals and subsequent planning application documents. He carried out an onsite survey, asked about building materials and finishes and the 3d renders he supplied back to us were incredible. Thank you!
