Ivonne Reflexology

After my first session with Ivonne I came away feeling calmer and glad that I had finally met a practitioner who really knows her stuff. Ivonne was very kind and so knowledgeable. She gave me a lot of relief in one session, focusing in straight away on an issue I have with my neck which causes migraines. I am looking forward to my next session and working with her to get to the bottom of why I never feel 100%.

A friend recommended lvonne to me. I have struggled with back problems for most of my life, some years ago I had a back operation, tried so many different pain relief and tablets, injections, chiropractors, osteopath. I started doing some research and remembered lvonne and how great she is so I am now having treatment, the first one today and I feel postive that lvonme can help. I went there very tense and puffy, I now feel relaxed and the puffiness has gone and my back feels better already. It feels like magic! And I am excited to go back.

Ivonne is such a lovely lady, very warm and welcoming! Went through quite a stressful period in my life and Ivonne talked to me as a friend and made me feel relaxed. I had no idea what reflexology represents, but wanted to give it a go and see if it will help with my wellbeing. I had only two sessions, but I already feel different. I had some very stubborn pain in my shoulders, that's gone now. And my mental health is much better. Ivonne was recommended to me by a family member. I was experiencing severe back pain and Ivonne managed to fit me in the next day. When I arrived Ivonne was very friendly and welcoming. After the initial introduction Ivonne got to work, she told me my issue wasn’t actually with my back but internally with my organs and more specifically my diet. My body was letting me know there was an issue. My back issue has since been resolved, I’ve changed my diet and feel so much better. I’ve continued working with Ivonne and feel relaxed and so much better after each session.

Ivonne is a remarkable healer! I have been suffering with long covid and other health issues and she was able to identify the root of my problems and used different techniques to heal them. The liver cleanse was especially helpful, I instantly felt better afterwards and my health has continued to improved ever since. I can not recommend her enough!

I booked an appointment with Ivonne not really knowing what to expect but hoping that reflexology and massage would help me, and I'm so thankful I did! Ivonne is a lovely lady who made me feel at ease straight away. I felt like she really listened and tried to understand my issues (which was refreshing after struggling to get support elsewhere!). She's also super intuitive and can pick up on what's going on in your body without you telling her! She then works to try to resolve any issues using different tools and techniques based on what she thinks is right for you. After 1 session the headache, tinnitus and neck pain that had been plaguing me for weeks was gone! I've only had 2 sessions but I'm already feeling lighter and more balanced - like some weight has been lifted from my body. I would highly recommend Ivonne and will continue to see her for a course of treatment.

I first saw Ivonne about 11 years ago after suffering a miscarriage and my body being unbalanced. I had regular treatments with her, I felt the stress disappear after every session. Within months I was pregnant again, Ivonne could tell through my feet! I went home and instantly done a test and she was right! I had a healthy baby boy! Ivonne has also treated me over the years for other ailments, she really is a miracle worker! No need to for lotions and potions! She is so knowledgable and really does care about her clients. Ivonne is a wonderful lady and truly has ‘magic hands!’! Ivonne really is a healer. I’ve lived in Bristol for over three years now and I feel like I’ve been looking for someone like her!I have ADHD and dyspraxia, with this I really struggle with tics, twitches and muscle spasms so having Ivonne treat my feet, hands, neck and head was incredible. Not only did she relax me to the fullest but she also found out a lot about my body and what I needed to start doing to release it off toxins. She then finished the session with a crystal cleansing which was so beautiful and I felt so seen and sorted.
