CleanSolar Solutions Ltd / Solar Panel Cleaners Lichen Removal Subscription was ordered back in Jan '23, initial service/cleaning was promised for Jan 19 '23 but Operations Team did not arrive or call to say they were not coming.Subsequent communication was received on Feb 14 '23 for different and tighter T&Cs than that originally signed up for, this was challenged the same day but no response was received.After no communication, reached out again via eMail on May 17 '23 requesting either refund or confirmation of when service will be provided, again no response was received!Posting this review to hopefully protect others from ordering a Solar Panel Cleaning service from this Company.

These people are scammers. They con you into taking out a Cleaning contract then don’t turn up. They even carry on the deceit by making appointments to which they don’t turn up. DO NOT TOUCH with a barge pole.

If I could give no-stars, I would.Absolutely appuling service, the solar panel cleaning service (Bronze) consisted of the operatives standing on the ground using a long handle hose-brush and de-ionised water with the minimal level of effort used, this made no impact on cleaning of my PV Panels.I was then presented with a scare-tactics report which suggested that I need all of the PV wiring connectors replaced due to the risk of fire. Having completed my own extensive research the risk of fire due to the connector type is misleading and non-conclusive at best.I asked this company to remove my details from their systems and not contact me again, they have not completed this request and 18 months later they are still contacting me to book a new 'clean'.I can only recommend that you steer well clear of this company!
