We decided to instruct Tim Russ & Co for the sale of our property as the staff were approachable, professional and friendly with competitive fees. We definitely made the right decision as the service we received was excellent. From finding us a buyer fairly quickly in a challenging market to the problem solving and negotiation involved in enabling the chain to stay together when it fell apart after 2 months! The communication throughout was always open and response timely. Particular thanks to Dan, Ed and Dominic the branch manager who was incredible when he stepped up to manage the complexities towards the end of our sale and even assisted in managing the negotiations of the property we were purchasing through a different estate agent! We would therefore highly recommend the team at Tim Russ & Co and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

We used Tim Russ to sell my late mother's house in Thame. The service we received was distinctly 'average'. The branch manager was rude and offensive. It felt like they were more interested in representing our buyer than us as a customer. On the day of completion, we found out the buyer hadn't been informed of a price discount we had offered some weeks beforehand and so,although we were quids in, this left a disappointing taste to the sale. Personally I would not recommend these guys, but I cannot vouch for any of the others in Thame.

I’d highly recommend Tim Russ in Thame. We had a terribly hard sale process to get through, with lots of ups and downs but Tim Russ (especially Daniel in Thame) were excellent at keeping us informed and helping us navigate through the difficulties and stresses of selling our house.

Tim Russ & Company Estate Agents in Thame blow any negative stereotypes out of the water!We chose Tim Russ & Company Estate Agents because they were straightforward in their initial approach, gave no unreasonable expectations about the price we could achieve for our house and were very clear about what we could expect when we sold with them.And then, when through no fault of Tim Russ, it all went horribly wrong for an extended, and highly stressful, period of time their experienced negotiator Dominic kept us informed, (relatively) sane, and made extraordinary efforts to ensure that our sale completed, despite some very odd behaviours from ‘professionals’ further down the line.
