It was my first time visiting Nails and Beauty MK and the service was exceptional staff were friendly and happy to talk through my worries of having tips on my nails and the different between hard gel and acrylics. I really felt looked after and I’m so happy with the result. I will definitely be returning for other treatments. Manu is brilliant and is very skilled at what she does.

acrylics were weak and broke off nearly immediately, polish was sloppy and wasn’t neat, the files were used and unclean looking, the employees were absolutely lovely and kind but unfortunately that didn’t make up for the shoddy work. i went with a relative who had just gels and they were ok-ish. a bit patchy but not the worst.

This place has just left my friend traumatised and in tears. She went to get infills and they charged her the same price as that of a full new set. They have DESTROYED her cuticles, DAMAGED her skin barrier and DEFILED her nails. Each nail is differently shaped. The paint work is cheap, uneven and there are missing patches in places. I am shocked at the quality of the service and I recommend that no one ever goes here to get their nails done unless they want BLEEDING CUTICLES AND UGLY NAILS!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I came away with princess feet. Between the massage chair and the luxury pedicure, I felt so relaxed. Well worth the money paid and the staff treat you so nicely. I will definitely be going here again!

Staff is welcoming and accommodating for us they had many times stayed open for late so she can fit me in. One lady there is the most lovely lady and regularly kept in touchThe only place I go to now for my eyelashes and nails.
