I recently went for a class at Legacy Martial Arts and it’s been fantastic. The instructors are experts and provide personal attention to all skill levels. The center is well-equipped and clean, fostering a great learning environment and a community experience. They offer various styles, emphasizing both physical skills and martial arts philosophy. Highly recommend Legacy Martial Arts for anyone looking to grow both physically and personally.

The best thing is the passion that the instructors, Paul, Will and Steve, puts into their teaching. Always keeping an eye on you making sure that you leave every class better than you started it. Totally recommended.

I have been going for nearly 2 years now and have enjoyed every class I have been to. The instructers are very attentive, encouraging and with knowledge in lots of diciplines. The other students are are all really supportive and the expierenced ones are all happy to help with things you are new to. I was a bit intimadated to start doing these kinds of classes as I had never done anything like this before but couldn't be happier. There are loads of classes to choose from - some are a great workout and some focus on certain skills and is really excellent value for what yoy get. The whole expierence has given me loads of new confidence.The new premieses are also brilliant and the drinks from the health bar are delicious. A great aaddition to East London.

An absolute gem of a gym. The experienced instructors are extremely knowledgable and patient, and it’s clear to see they have each students best interests and wellbeing in mind. The gym itself is clean and spacious, and there’s a truly welcoming and friendly training atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend it for both absolute beginners, and those with more experience. World class.

Delighted to discover this great martial arts gym. The instructors are really attentive, and nurture an environment of respect and care in how we train. In other gyms I've found injuries happen a lot because people get over-competitive, or there's a macho vibe. Not here. Also a great balance of competition-oriented combat styles, and traditional martial arts. A fantastic place to train!

What an amazing dojo, and safe place to train. Everyone is really friendly and there are no egos, and it has a really relaxed vibe. The instructors are very experienced and look after the students well. I would definitely recommend to my friend's both novice and experienced. Plus you can get a killer smoothie or coffee on the way in. Happy days!!

I've been training with the Legacy Martial Arts Academy for about 2 years now.This is a great place to learn and practice martial arts at all levels.What I enjoy most is that training emphasises on helping students to acquire martial skills rather than motivating a grading system.Paul and his team coaching style is focused on the individual as well as the class as a whole.It's a great experience for both seasoned martial artists who want to enhance their skills and for beginners who want to start their martial arts journey.

What an amazing gym/school. The instructors are nuturing and patient. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The cafe is a nice touch.I'm really grateful that I started my martial arts journey as an adult in this gym.
