Tom replaced our boiler and serviced our tank too. He arrived on time with a colleague and worked hard to get the job done. Tom came up with solutions for problems and did an amazing job. I will use Tom in future to service the boiler amongst any other jobs required. Very trustworthy and polite. Thanks Tom.

Don’t use this rubbish company I booked an appointment with Tom the so called owner. Confirmed it with him in advance and on the day. Told me he would turn up…HE DIDBT when I rang he childishly just put the phone down on me and blocked me even though I was polite. TERRIBLE STAY AWAY! Absolutely rubbish!!! Disgusting he only had to say!!

Woke up to coldest day with no heating or hot water. Rang Tom and came mid morning ,got the problem sorted and pleased to say warm again. No hesitation to recommend him .

Tom was great! Responded promptly to my urgent plumbing issue that needed fixing and he came out that day. Very professional with > 12 years experience in the business. Did a good job - efficient and neat. Job was priced fairly.

My whole heating system has just been replaced by Tom. My old Potterton Kingfisher had served me well but needed replacing. The whole system needed flushing out as my heating system was nor efficient. I decided on an Ideal Vogue, for many reasons. I chose Tom from the many quotes I had received because he was well mannered and ensured that the quote I received reflected what I wanted and he answered any questions I made with patience. As for the work itself fantastic. I am working from home but having the new system installed didn't interfere with what I had to do, and visa versa. Tom replaced our boiler and some radiators. Very efficient, professional, trustworthy, friendly and patient when explaining the system to me.I stand by the work that he did. Unfortunately he agreed to do some more work for us, not a big job, but each time we called and asked if he was still coming as arranged, (days waiting in) he pretended that the line was breaking up. Then wouldnt answer our calls, tried on different phone but once he knew it was us he went silent. Didnt even answer text messages. There was no bad feeling between us we paid immediately, we were always polite but if he didnt want the job its fine, just wish he was honest. I needed information about some work that he did but he didnt respond. I'm very disappointed as I want to support the young ones setting up, but unfortunately he has lost my support.
