If you’re in Liverpool and want a piercing done, I can’t recommend this place enough. Such friendly ladies who despite me having a funny turn (not their fault at all) took such good care of me until I was well again. Really clean environment and so happy with my piercing!

Came here to get my nipples pierced. I was really nervous about getting them done but the two girls there made me feel so welcome and really helped ease my nerves. Couldn’t recommend this place enough for your piercing, I absolutely love mine really happy with how they turned out thank you so much.

I couldn’t recommend Medusa piercings enough! I have had multiple piercings at the studio, being pierced by both Beinta and Marlene and they were both amazing. They’re both very friendly and chatty which really put me at ease. I originally was supposed to get two piercings at once but decided to get the second done another time and they were so flexible in trying to squeeze me in on a busy bank holiday weekend. I explained I was feeling very nervous about being pierced and both made me feel totally at ease and looked after me throughout the whole process. The pain was minimal and I think a lot of it had to do with how attentive the girls were. It’s so obvious that they both care a lot about providing you with the best experience possible. Beinta was also really helpful and thorough with helping me pick different pieces that would compliment each other. The studio is immaculately clean but also very pretty and lots to look at while you’re trying to distract yourself from getting pierced. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get a piercing now! Couldn’t recommend Medusa piercings enough! Thank you Beinta and Marlene for making my experience such a positive one!

I had my ears pierced for the 2nd time. The tattoo artist was lovely very welcoming and I felt very at ease. She also put a small bag of skittles in the bag with instructions about how to care for your ears I would go back definitely

Had my second lobes pierced here today! The piercers were so sweet and incredibly proficient and the piercings themselves were really quick (took around 4-5 minutes). Piercers were willing to make sure the piercings were positioned correctly so they didn’t turn out uneven at all and the positioning was perfect. The piercing studio was decorated lovely and was really clean. Amazing place and people…will definitely return! Don’t think twice, go here for your piercings!

Went to get a Helix piercing done today, it was the first piercing that I ever wanted to get and the piercer, Beinta was absolutely lovely. Couldn't recommend this place enough, very friendly and a positive experience for sure! Will definitely be getting more piercings from here in future.
