Shen Clinic

Another wonderful facial acupuncture treatment with Flora today. I’ve been visiting Flora and Shen Clinic for a number of years. I was unable to attend for the majority of last year and started visiting Flora again last month. After just one treatment it showed in my face and I felt the benefits in my overall well-being. The clinic is a little oasis and calming. Flora is always so welcoming and attentive. I always leave feeling very well cared for and looking so refreshed. Would absolutely recommend treatments at Shen Clinic to anyone.

On a recommendation from an equally impressed friend, I had an acupuncture session with Hong Kim yesterday and it was wonderful. Such a calm, caring energy and clearly very skilled at what he does. He made me feel completely at ease and I left feeling much more physically and mentally relaxed. Booked in my next session immediately and would highly recommend. Thank you.

I am seeing Hong since a few months now, tackling post-menopausal problems, such as irritability, mood swings (particularly in the morning), low energy, and overactive bladder problems. The benefits of the treatment are showing now, I feel positive again, so much calmer and am able to stick to a more balancing lifestyle incl. daily exercise which I actually enjoy and don’t see as a chore. Hong is very informed and supportive. I would strongly recommend his treatment if you are looking for overall balancing and feeling grounded again.

Thank you to Janine for an amazing session. I've been struggling for months with pain on all my left shoulder and chest area and looked into several ways to fix it but nothing helped. Janine knew instantly where she could help me and that she did. She gave me myofascial release which gave instant results I couldn't believe it. The relief was not only from physical pain but mental aswel. 10/10 service and I'm already getting my next appointment booked in.

Really would recommend Flora and the Shen clinic, I have accupuncture regularly, nice atmosphere in the clinic rooms, warm, relaxing music, comfy couch, Flora is very thorough in talking through your health needs and what you wish to achieve, the accupuncture itself is not painful, very relaxing - I have the heat lamp on my feet and back too. I have fallen asleep in some sessions really helped me to relax, I’ve found it good for stress relief and muscle aches and tension and hoping to boost my fertility with it too. If you’re not sure I suggest book one session to try it out. Flora is not pushy in getting you to book more. I’ve found her really accommodating with appointment times so can manage to book around work and busy home life.

I absolutely love going to Shen Clinic, I have been seeing Flora for almost a year now and believe her expertise in fertility and women's health is part of the reason I am now pregnant. I have also had both reflexology and massage with Anna which were amazing!Shen clinic is a relaxing, welcoming, safe space. I couldn't recommend the clinic and the treatments more !

I had an Ayurvedic massage with Anna Dale. I was getting over Covid and experiencing back difficulties and low mood. Anna's massage was a real turning point. I feel she has a devotional and humble attitude to her practice - to a degree I've rarely encountered. She was incredibly thorough and listened carefully to my issues. The massage itself was exceptional and she gave me advice afterwards, including some manageable and useful exercises, which aided my recovery.

I always feel relaxed and rested after my appointments at Shen Clinic. Flora’s expertise in fertility acupuncture has been a huge support to me through various rounds of IVF and I’ve also felt an improvement in my general well-being. I really value my appointments! The clinic smells gorgeous and is so relaxing too.

I’ve been coming to Flora for acupuncture for many years now and have always been so impressed and continue to be with Shen clinic. She immediately put me at ease, is so friendly but also professional. I can’t fault her treatments, she has assisted me over 5 years through infertility and 2 successful pregnancies - one ivf and one natural.
